Executive Director, LifeLift Career Prep – June 2024
Micah E. Burton has over 40 years of leadership experience in corporate America, including 35 years in leadership roles at major financial institutions. Retiring as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, she is known for building high-performing teams, coaching emerging leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Inspired by her passion for people development, Micah founded LifeLift Career Prep to equip young adults with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive beyond high school. Her own journey from the inner-city of Chicago as a teenager, to corporate leadership, fuels her mission to help the next generation pursue meaningful work, achieve independence, and lead with purpose.
Micah resides in Columbus, OH and is the mother of 4 adult children and Mimi to her 2 grandsons.

Michaun Winborn Board Member

Michaun Winborn (she/her) is the CEO & Principal Coach of Born2Win Coaching. She helps organizations mitigate legal & reputational risk by coaching their leaders into inclusive, culturally intelligent executives. Prior to this, she was Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Lead for Consumer & Community Banking at JP Morgan Chase.
Michaun is a board member of The Benefit Concert Association, a yearly benefit concert held to support Columbus’ own Nationwide Children’s Heart Hospital. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Theater Performance from Hope College in Holland, MI; and is a certified professional executive coach via the Institute for Coaching Innovation (formerly CoachDiversity Institute.)
She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Corey and their 2 boys Dresden and Donavan.

Pam Wilson is an Executive Director with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Renowned for her strategic vision and operational expertise, Pam has led growth and innovation across Technology, Operations, and Product Management. In her current role, she oversees the design and delivery of Wealth Management product solutions, with a focus on Alternative Investments.
Pam is committed to lifelong learning and personal growth. In 2022, she earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University, specializing in data analytics and strategy. As a strong advocate of servant leadership, Pam regularly shares her insights and experiences at industry events and panel discussions, inspiring the next generation of professionals. Her deep industry knowledge and dedication to excellence have established her as a trusted leader and innovator.

Luther Tyson Board Member

Luther Tyson is a Columbus, Ohio-based entrepreneur, U.S. Army veteran, MBA, and AI-credentialed business consultant with over 25 years of experience training youth and adult learners in soft skills, workforce development, computer literacy, financial literacy, and micro-entrepreneurship. As founder of MissionBridge LLC, he supports micro-enterprises, startups, and nonprofits across Central Ohio through grant writing, business development, and workforce training.
A former Infantry Rifleman, Tank Commander and Platoon Leader, Luther leads with discipline and purpose. He holds two AI credentials earned in 2026 — including the Certified Prompt Design Professional (CPDP) and Certified AI Consultant designations — positioning him at the forefront of AI-informed consulting and workforce strategy.
Luther joins the LifeLift Career Prep Board having spent decades doing the very work LifeLift champions — equipping people with the skills, confidence, and tools to build meaningful careers.
Charles Nabrit Board Member

Charles Nabrit is a Columbus, Ohio native, Princeton-educated executive, educator, and consultant specializing in workforce development and advanced manufacturing. He graduated from Princeton University in 2003 with a B.S. in Political Philosophy.
His early career included writing a charter grant to found a charter high school in Springfield, Ohio, in 2004, and holding administrative and public service roles between 2006 and 2010, such as Director of a childcare center and Census in Schools Partnership Specialist.
Since 2011, Mr. Nabrit has served as a Principal at the family firm, PN&A, Inc., providing executive consulting on organizational development, technical training, demographic research, and statistical analysis. Since 2018, he has also dedicated his expertise to technical education at NCUS TEC, teaching a variety of subjects, including biology, physical science, anatomy, Python coding, drone piloting, and industrial maintenance, to both youth and adult learners. He holds multiple advanced technical credentials, including SACA Industry 4.0 and FANUC Robotics certifications.
