LifeLift Career Prep is a non-profit organization committed to guiding young adults as they embark on their professional journeys post-high school graduation.
Our mission is to prepare young adults with essential career readiness skills, insights, and resources needed to navigate the job market confidently – whether or not they choose college as their path after high school.
Through personalized coaching, workshops, and mentorship programs, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring every young adult has the opportunity to achieve their career aspirations and build a successful future.
What We Believe
At LifeLift Career Prep, we believe that every person has been created with purpose and potential. With the right support, guidance, and opportunities, each young adult can step into a future filled with hope and possibility.
We draw inspiration from God’s promise in Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
This truth reminds us that every student is capable of building a meaningful life and career.
We believe in Servant Leadership, where the main goal is to enhance the growth and well-being of individuals and the communities they serve. It's a people-first approach.
We believe in the Biblical principle of tithing; therefore, we consistently donate to charitable organizations with similar beliefs and goals to serve the people, particularly the youth in our communities.
Our desire is that those that work, serve on the board, or volunteer with LifeLift Career Prep, agree to honor these beliefs while carrying out our service to the community.
Our Program Consists Of:
Interactive training sessions that can be tailored within the school day, afterschool programming, or weekends.
A guest speaker session with each cohort, featuring a Business and/or Community Leader.
Opportunity to connect with a mentor, virtually.
Opportunities to participate in job fairs & other networking events.
